The Türkiye tourism board's events calendar lists the Türkiye İş Bankası 48th Istanbul Marathon as a sport event in Istanbul on 1 November, starting at 07:00. The listing describes the location as events throughout the city rather than a single venue.
Entry goes through the marathon's official box office, which the tourism board listing links to. The listing says date and time options are shown on the ticket page, and it describes the location as events throughout the city.
